brass finish. It looks like it was chiseled out of metal, doesn't it.
Well, it actually hand made of corrosion resistant ceramic and will pretty
much last forever... providing years of neighbor friendly performance. As
you'd expect, this fixture has a closed top... ensuring that no light will
shine directly up into the night sky. You'd certainly hate to contribute
to the problem of
light pollution in your own neighborhood. Also... since you can't see
the bulb (its up inside the fixture)... it won't shine across the street
into your neighbors windows, either. No doubt, they'll appreciate that.
